Complaints

We do our very best for the children, families and wider community but we recognise that things can go wrong from time to time.  If you have any issue at all, however small, please do share that with us in school.  Often, a quick chat with the right person can be all that's needed to clarify a situation or make a tweak so things improve.  

However, if you remain dissatisfied, we encourage you to make use of the complaints procedure as detailed in the Complaints Policy; available in the 'Policies' section of this website or using the button below.  Alternatively, the school office can provide you with a copy on request.
